Integrated Material Loaders​​ are primarily used for ​​direct rapid conveying​​ of free-flowing ​​virgin materials (primary)​​ or ​​recycled pellets​​ to injection molding machines. Their ​​hinged vacuum motor cover​​ enables quick cleaning and simplified maintenance.

During preset loading cycles, the ​​single-phase vacuum motor with non-return baffle gate​​ generates vacuum airflow. This transports plastic granules through the ​​material suction hose​​ into the ​​loading chamber​​. The material then ​​gravity-discharges directly into the injection molding machine’s feed hopper​​.

This ​​cyclic suction process​​ continues automatically until both the ​​molding machine hopper​​ and ​​loader chamber​​ trigger their ​​hopper full detectors​​.
