Color Masterbatch Machine

The color masterbatch machine is specially designed for automatic proportional mixing of new materials/secondary materials/color masterbatch/additives. It adopts a microcomputer control system (PLC touch screen) and an imported DC brushless motor to accurately calculate the screw speed (rpm) with a measurement error of ± 0.1%.

Supports injection/extrusion dual mode, equipped with chrome plated screws (Ø 12/16/20/25mm) and modular structure, with output coverage ranging from 0.1 to 100kg/hr.

The optional dual color model combination is suitable for complex production needs in multiple fields, while integrating formula storage and overload protection functions to ensure continuous operation stability. ​

FEATURES

  • The microcomputer controller with digital display can accurately measure the addition ratio of colorants and secondary materials.
  • Adopting a brushless DC motor, it requires no maintenance, has a long lifespan, and is maintenance free.
  • Modular and detachable structural design, allowing for quick replacement of screws and sleeves.
  • It can synchronously accelerate and decelerate the main screw of the extruder.
  • The measuring station can be removed from the feeding seat without leakage, and a visual window device is installed on the side of the transfer seat for easy observation of the raw materials.
  • It has 50 sets of recipe access functions and can quickly call and start the machine.
  • The feeding base adopts a design of separating the main raw materials and colorants, which can quickly convert colorants and main raw materials in a short period of time, in line with economic benefits.
  • There is a mandatory cleaning function, which facilitates the replacement of colorants.
  • Optional material level detection sensor, shortage alarm prompt.
  • When used in conjunction with an injection molding machine, the automatic color masterbatch measuring machine can be designed with a control for measuring time, which can eliminate the problem of unstable color masterbatch addition caused by the inconsistent storage time of each mold in the injection molding machine.
