The five axis servo robotic arm is designed specifically for injection molding automation. It uses five axis servo motors (transverse axis, pulling axis, arm axis) to accurately drive the movement, rotation, and grasping actions of the robotic arm, achieving high-precision positioning and high-speed operation of ± 0.1mm (three times higher than manual efficiency).

Adopting a European streamlined body and high-strength aluminum alloy structure, it integrates high-precision linear sliding rails, imported steel wire belt transmission, and anti-collision proximity switches, combining lightweight (reducing component friction) and safety (automatic fall protection).

Supporting dual arm double section robotic arm double speed function, covering production in multiple fields such as car lights/bumpers, electronic component housings, home appliance components, and daily necessities (such as plastic tables and chairs), significantly reducing labor costs by 30%, increasing production capacity by 20%, and eliminating molding accidents.
